I think we should have a 'Lets Make An Apron' day! I just adore my Great American Apron, and I know many of you have apron patterns that you've been dying to try. If you love this one, it is SUPER fast... And yes... I want another one!
SO... Saturday Aug 4 is officially 'Apron Day'! I'll be bugging you to be sure you have what you need, apron, fabric, thread, chocolate and coffee... the essentials of life. Most aprons do not take long to make, lucky us!
I said I'd tell you why I love the products I have at the Boutique. Well I HAVE to tell you about this spot remover, it is just a Miracle! For some unknown reason to me... I have been getting spots on things.. like food spills and splatters.. now where DO those come from? That can't be coming from ME! A few months ago my friends at 'Stitch n Quilt' in Atlanta told me about Grandma's Spot remover and I'm now a believer. I think it works so well I've gotten a bunch of it for you.. check here!
AND... I loaded some items to my garage sale. Mostly models and one of a kinds, some cool bead and charm sets. I have to make room for new stuff.. happy shopping here!

HI Pat,
I think the spills and splatters have hit me way over here in MA!! I can't wait to join in on Apron Day. Thanks for the idea.

I'd be interested in hearing of something that will remove those mystery spots on quilts. We've tried everything under the sun but these "yellowish" stains keep reappearing. The batting is very thin in spots so I'm really afraid to be "aggressive" on them.

I've got several aprons I've been wanting to make ... I would love to have a different apron for each type of job (like one for gardening, one for cleaning, one for homeschooling, one for quilting and so on). I will look through and see which one to do first and start collecting the stuff needed. Yay!

I love aprons!! Pat, you are a great motivator! I hoped to join in the sewing that day, but I'm flying home from a week out. However, I will virtual sew while on the plane!!! Oh, and I will have the coffee and chocolate!
