Well let's pump up the action here at Day FOUR of the "City Quilts" Blog Hop!!!
We all know the nice things about Cherri... as there are enough to fill the ocean.... she is SUCH a doll....
BUT Really...
Don't you want to know something FUN??????????????
Some Dirt?
Something CRAZY???

Hang on as you get to know the REAL Cherri ...
- What secret hobby do you have or wish you had?
Cherri said.... I would like to learn to paint, I think I could learn to do that with some training and some classes.
Pat's thoughts.... I wonder what Cherri would like to paint for a city.. you know... for the cover of her CITY QUILTS book ...
I'll bet her work is MUCH better than this...

Maybe it's like this city by Laura Carter??? I'm dying to know what her style will be.... maybe another blogger can squeeze something out of her!
*********************************************************************
Cherri says ... I've collected so many things over the years, quilts, fabric, bells, little houses, books. I've tried to reduce all my collections, get rid of so much fabric, share quilts with those that will love them. One thing I can't seem to stop collecting is polka dot fabric...just can't get enough of that! (look on the left... she has a little stripe thing happening too!)
Pat's Thoughts.... What ELSE does Cherri have with polka dots she isn't sharing with us???

Maybe she is hiding a pair of these shoes from us?

Or maybe THIS HOT little number?? Cherri might have been wearing this when she did a dip in the lake recently.... come clean my dear .... we need to know all the polka madness!
*********************************************************************
- What color is your nail polish (hehe!)
Cherri says ..... French Tips - I was so excited for my first book signing, and I wanted to have the best "book signing nails", so I looked into what was available. What I found was Axxium by OPI, this gel stuff that lasts for weeks, you just can't beat it, especially quilters, who are so hard on their hands!
Pat's Thoughts....Did Cherri REALLY have French tip at quilt market?? You know we missed seeing each other (which is hard to believe when we are there 4 days.. but I digress!)...

Maybe she REALLY had nails like this??
Or maybe her French tips had polka dots? Did anyone get photographic evidence of her nails??? JUST SAYING!
*********************************************************************
- What
person would you like to study with... quilting or any thing
Cherri says... I'd like to take cooking classes with the hottie french dude
Chef Novelli http://www.
Pat's thoughts.... well now we REALLY might be able to find out something fun HERE! I went a googling and this is what I found....
This is the Hottness himself.... whew... I think I need to watch the cooking channel.... like.. tonight!
But looking at the tabloids I found some good stuff. Like this article where the Chef professes his love for a certain "lady in Texas" and has been perfecting BBQ to please her
A bit MORE digging and I found this SCANDALOUS article....
And finally after enough digging.... I found the INFAMOUS Paparazzo photo of the two of them at dinner..... Cherri must be breaking up with him.. don't you think? Or maybe he is confessing his undying love of Texas BBQ??? What do YOU think is going on?
DISCLAIMER - PLEASE NOTE ALL PHOTOS with Chef Novelli are altered... Cherri just covets working with him from afar... but I think she may be making him a quilt... that they can picnic on... at the beach... alone... OH.. I DIGRESS!

Pat, I love enjoy your blog posts so much and I love these blog hops and the virtual retreats you plan; thank you. Thanks also for the enjoyable interview. I agree with Cherri, Chef Novelli is a hottie, but I would much rather have a pair of those hot nikes!

Pat, I would love to win the line of your fabrics from p&b. As you know, had to buy your Arabella's secret garden kit -- still in love with those fabrics and have bought more from the local shops.
