I fell in love with Figgy puddin Saturday at a fabric shop I stopped at in Jasper, Tx. So when I saw this sew along and the requirements I immediately wanted to use figgy pudding...duh...Pat you read minds! Ordered my kit from you. I do love Basic Grey!

still fighting this dang flu/cough bug, but I'm heading downstairs today as my grandson sleeps to find my charm pack...then again I have lots of 5" rolls I could cut too! Hmmm that might be the plan!

Grace

I ordered my kit from Pat, and can't wait to get it.
I just put together two Moda Charm Packs: Bar Habor and Clermont Farms. I wanted to make a red, white and blue lap quilt. I mixed up the two charms packs, and put 8 squares across and 9 rows. Then I picked fabric from one of the squares to use in the outer border. I'll probably use a solid red or navy blue for the inner border.

I'm in! Although I have to try to find fabric in my stash. I am presently on fabric restriction. My only exception is for backing fabric. If I have to start piecing backs I'll have to stop quilting...

Ah, there was a bit of cereal involved! I love charm packs and have always liked charm quilts. I have four charm pack projects going on my worktable right now. I may not have room for another one but I do have a Christmas charm pack that might work so shall see......
