I did a litle virtual shopping and thought these items from the Pottery Barn would look FABULOUS

in MY Bedroom... sheets.. SO pretty!

mmmm... do I need a sleigh bed for the season?

 

This mantel for my Bedroom Fireplace

(which entails GETTING a bedroom fireplace...

Also entails adding onto the house to accomodate it...

small project)

Towels for the bathroom

where maybe i need to add a jacuzzi tub

which can put planned with that expansion

Maybe an Advent Calendar in the hall!

you know .. the hall to that NEWLY EXPANDED

Master Suite... yeah.. that one!

Very beautiful pieces!! And no I don't decorate the bedroom ... yet!! I do have a quilt in the UFO bin and another I would love to make. Good thing we have 2 bedrooms LOL

no, I don't decorate the bedroom... no one sees it but me! but I am planning a christmas quilt for next year... bought some great colonial christmas fabrics and am just itching to get it done!

All those items are so pretty, Pat. I really like the advent calendar and I saw so many people on Twitter who made great ones as well. I guess I'll have my work cut out for me next year! I do have a tree in my bedroom though and I find it so relaxing with the lights on while reading a book or watching tv.

I don't decorate the bedroom but I do put out holiday towels and small trees and other little touches in the bathrooms. Love the pics and would be nice to have them anyway!

I don't usually get around to decorating my bedroom - time gets away from me. But about decorating the fireplace mantel? You can buy an electric fireplace with mantel at a home improvement box store for a reasonable price, or even just a mantel from a salvage or antique store, put it on the wall, and voila! You have a mantel to decorate! My daughter put an electric fireplace in her bedroom and it looks so-o-o-o nice!!
