I arrived and my good friend from high school, Brenda, picked me up at the hotel for some touring!
First place we visited was the Handiquilter facility for tour!

There was a class going on for dealers to learn fabulous new things!
and qulits hang ALL over the facicilty.
My host is another fabulous friend, Brenda Groelz, that is her quilt above with the houses!
next we went to Quilters Haven...
now we were a TAD lost... we knew it was NEAR but it was getting late
so I phone for directions.. they closed in 10 min!!
she said they would wait for us... isn't that great!
We got there in 5 min
whew!
I managed to get some goodies! Thank you Quilter's Haven!!
today is a lot of presentations and meeting up with great friends and meeting new ones!
I must have the pattern for that house quilt!!

Love the photos, thanks! The fan/house quilt, my favorite thing: traditional, but original idea on a much-loved theme. 2 themes in this case. Handi-Quilter has impressed me a lot, have talked to their home office staff 3 times in the purchase of my Avante, and the local reps are awesome. And your hairstyle is really cute!

Yep, another vote for "your hair looks great". It is a really cute cut and it looks really good on you. Quilter's Haven was so nice to stay open for you. Nice of you to show their store - I've been curious about them. And cute little houses in the quilt - what a clever idea.

I love Quilter's Haven! It's one of my favorite shops!! They are so nice, I know they've waited for people like that before. So cool. Have fun at market!
